Hi lightworkers,


This post is for me to share the latest resources that have helped me a lot.

I’m not going to include books or sessions ( will be other posts)

For me, allowing my body to go through this shift have been my focus.
Drinking more water, doing intermittent fast daily and stretching the fast periods more often…

Yoga, going on walks…

The tools I want to share today have been amazing and really supportive in this more intense shift months.

1.Inner engineering program by Sadhguru. Loved it so much! It was on my wish list for a while and I finally felt it was time. The way the course is set up is really nice, it’s creates an experience as if you were there in person. It teaches practices and meditation. It feels very special to me and I 100% recommend it.

2. Breathwork. I started doing kundalini yoga with this channel I found when searching for more yoga to complement the practice taught on Inner Engineering. I did one class and enjoyed it, then found her 10 days series and I’m just on day 2 ( taking one day between sessions to do other yoga practices because those sessions are intense and I got muscle pain 😆) I do feel an amazing shift after those classes and I will come back to report after the 10 days ( will take me 20 days)

3. This next one is also about breathwork I keep sharing it with friends as well, I have his full program and love it. I keep repeating it. I think I bought more than a year ago ( what is time?)
